Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor; we do not store your full card details ourselves. We also collect basic technical information (such as approximate location, used to display pricing in the right currency) automatically when you visit the site.
How we use it
to process and fulfill your orders, to respond to support requests, to maintain your account, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations (such as tax and financial recordkeeping).
Sharing
we share order and shipping information with our fulfillment partner (Printify) so your order can be produced and shipped, and with Stripe so your payment can be processed. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data retention
if you deactivate your account, we stop using your profile to contact you, but we retain your order history and related records as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
Your rights
you may request access to, correction of, or deactivation of your account at any time by contacting us. Canadian customers' information is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA); US customers' information is handled in accordance with applicable US state and federal privacy law.
