Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States only.
What currency will I be charged in?
Orders shipping to Canada are charged in CAD; orders shipping to the United States are charged in USD. The price shown at checkout, including tax and shipping, is the final amount you'll be charged.
Do you offer free shipping?
Not currently — shipping is calculated based on your order and destination and shown before you pay.
Can I cancel or change my order after I've placed it?
Because items are made to order, we're not able to make changes once production has started. Reach out through our Contact page as soon as possible if you need help.
How do I create or close an account?
You can sign up from the account page at checkout or from the site menu. You can deactivate your account at any time from your account page — your past orders stay on file for our records, but your account will no longer be active.
